I received a coupon for a dental (periodontal disease screening) checkup.
When I tried to make a reservation, there were no dental clinics available within my residential area, and to visit the nearest clinic, I have no choice but to take a bus to Wakabadai.
There are several clinics each in Yanokuchi, Higashi-Naganuma, Omaru, Koyodai, and Wakabadai, but I hope that at least one dental clinic in the Hirao area can be made available for checkups.

The reason for limiting the implementing institutions to members is, first, to "ensure the accuracy and safety of the screenings." By collaborating with this dental association, we provide highly accurate screenings based on unified standards and manuals, and in the event that treatment becomes necessary, smooth対応 is possible.
Secondly, there is the perspective of "maintaining and securing the overall regional medical system." The same dental association not only supports this dental examination project but also provides extensive cooperation as an organization in a wide range of projects to protect the lives and health of citizens, including school health projects, Long-Term Care Insurance projects, and dental medical relief during disasters.
We believe that maintaining this strong collaborative system is essential for providing stable regional medical care in our city well into the future. Therefore, at present, the city has decided not to individually commission medical institutions other than members.
However, the uneven distribution of medical consultation environments in the Hirao area is also regarded by the city as a serious issue. Currently, the city is continuously sharing the current challenges with the Hanan Dental Association and making ongoing requests regarding the placement of member medical institutions and the improvement of the consultation environment in the Hirao area.
It is very regrettable that it is difficult to promptly realize medical consultations in the Hirao area and that we cannot meet your request, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the system to protect the city's regional medical care framework.
