About Parking at Kippou Park

I went to Kippou Park with my child. At that time, I was concerned about the large number of cars parked on the street.
I am worried that it might lead to an accident. There are also cars parked next to the entrance, which obstructs visibility when children go outside, raising the possibility of collisions with vehicles. Could this be prevented?
I believe parks are places where many children gather and where they learn through play. It is not good for children to take it for granted that adults do not follow the rules. Please correct this.

Response

Regarding illegal parking near Kippou Park, the city will request the Tama Central Police Station, which is the traffic authority, to enforce parking violations and conduct patrols. Additionally, as needed, we will install warning signs inside and outside the park to call for the prevention of nuisance parking, and instruct the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation, the designated manager of city parks, to strengthen patrols and work to prevent nuisance parking.
Furthermore, until the parking lot within Kippou Park becomes a paid facility, the reserved land (planned for sale) within the Inagi Enokido Land Readjustment Project site located in the southwest part of Kippou Park will be used as a temporary parking lot. A signboard indicating it as a (temporary) parking lot will be installed on site, and it will be opened for use.
