Regarding the Improvement of the Intersection at 1-chome Wakabadai

When turning right at the intersection of Kasayato Ohashi Street and Wakabadai 1-chome, there are many vehicles turning right in the opposite lane (especially trucks), making it difficult to see oncoming vehicles and hard to turn right.
I would like curve mirrors and similar devices to be installed to improve visibility.

Regarding the Wakabadai 1-chome intersection you requested, we have been requesting the Tama Central Police Station to install a right-turn arrow signal to enable safer right turns for some time; however, unfortunately, it has not been installed so far.
The installation, management, and operation of traffic signals are carried out by the Metropolitan Police Department, which is the traffic authority. The city will continue to request the installation of right-turn arrow signals.
