About the bus stops at Inagi Station

The rotary at Inagi Station has been improved, and the bus stop for the Koyodai area has been relocated, but there is no roof.
I use it on rainy days, but there is no roof and I get wet.
Despite the improvements, it has become inconvenient and I don't understand the point.
Especially on rainy days, many people line up, but can't something be done about it?

Regarding the plaza in front of the south exit of Inagi Station, improvement work will begin in fiscal year 2024, and this year, the bus stop shelters and sidewalks will be renovated with the construction scheduled to be completed.
