About Mobility Support
25 hours are provided each month as mobility support.
We are planning a day trip to a hot spring in September.
Since the current 25 hours are insufficient, we would like you to consider the upper limit of Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Inagi City Mobility Support Project Implementation Guidelines.
In addition, Kawasaki City allows a two-person system for those with severe conditions.
When assisting with toilet use, it is safer to have two people present when visiting a place for the first time, so please consider this.
It is uncertain when, but Tama City also permits overnight stays.
Also, in Fuchu City, the limit is 30 hours. We ask that you consider the usage time and other factors.
Response
Regarding the mobility support project, it is a service that assists with transportation when going out for essential social activities and participation in leisure activities. As a general rule, the usage time is limited to a maximum of 25 hours per month.
For temporary leisure activities such as this, we ask that you adjust the time used for other leisure activities within the month to accommodate this usage.
If it is unavoidable that outings essential for social life exceed the maximum allowed time, we will individually consider changing the time limit, so please consult with us in advance.
The mobility support project sets the project content for each municipality, including the monthly maximum hours. In Inagi City, it is regulated after considering not only mobility support but also the overall approach to disability welfare services, including other services. We ask for your understanding in using the services within the approved maximum hours.
