About the Distribution of the Public Relations Paper

Early this morning (around 4:40 AM), a woman wearing a hood and a sun visor was distributing a newsletter, and I encountered her. With the news of a robbery incident, it was uncomfortable to have someone enter the premises during dark hours. This has happened before, and I have contacted the city about it. At that time, I was told that they would instruct the contracted Business Operators, but since this is the second occurrence, I hope for a change of operators.

We apologize for any discomfort caused by the distribution of the public relations paper. Regarding the change of the contracted company, we are unable to respond as it is in the middle of the contract, but we have instructed the contracted company to ensure that the distribution time is strictly from sunrise to sunset. We will also provide further guidance to all distributors, not just the ones involved, and will work to prevent recurrence.
