About Specific Health Checkup

I have undergone health checkups at the examination center several times, but the response of the attending physician was unpleasant.
Also, stool tests and other items that are normally included in health checkups are not included, so even if you want to know the condition of your eyesight or hearing, they are not covered.
Why are stool tests and vision and hearing examinations not included in the Health Checkup? If they can be done as options, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

We apologize for causing you discomfort due to the behavior of the physician in charge of the medical interview. We will once again thoroughly inform the health checkup center staff to ensure they respond politely to examinees.
The Specific Health Checkup conducted at the Health Checkup Center of Inagi City Hospital is commissioned by Inagi City, and the examination items are stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare ordinance.
Please note that fecal occult blood tests (colorectal cancer screening), vision tests, and hearing tests are charged fees, but you can take them at the same time as the specific health checkup, so please inform us when making your reservation.
