Held FY2026 Dog Care Workshop!

On Sunday, June 28, 2026, the Dog Care Workshop was held at the Central Cultural Center.

This was a workshop for those who are about to welcome a dog into their family or have just welcomed one.

In the first part, there was a lecture on "Preventive Medicine for Pet Dogs" by Dr. Akifumi Nosaka of the Minami-Tama Veterinary Association Inagishi Branch, covering explanations about rabies, tick prevention, and disaster preparedness.

In the second part, as a "Dog Training Class," Mr. Satoshi Fujii from Old Dog Center Co., Ltd. gave a lecture on dog behavior and demonstrated the basics of training using a stage dog.

Additionally, various questions were raised regarding troubles related to dog training.

The instructor provided specific discipline methods, making it a very fulfilling time.
