Since the public manhole (the last manhole leading from the property to the road) is managed by the city, cleaning may be conducted. In such cases, we will contact you in advance through the Sewerage Division, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that the drainage facilities and pipes on the property side from the public manhole are managed by individuals. The Sewerage Division generally does not perform cleaning and other services for a fee.
