QuestionPlease tell me about the safety confirmation project for older adults living alone.

Response

We are conducting safety checks via contact phone calls and other means.
Every year, for individuals aged 75 and older living alone and older adult households, we request the Commissioned Welfare Volunteers to conduct a survey for older adults. By visiting, the Commissioned Welfare Volunteers understand the situation of older adults and provide monitoring as needed.
In addition, the Community General Support Center collaborates with Neighborhood Associations and Greenery Clubs to monitor Older Adults.
