QuestionHow can I obtain a certificate of evaluation and a certificate of taxation (in person or by mail)?

Response

From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and year-end/New Year holidays) between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (from November 2026 onward, on open days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), certificates are issued at the City Hall 1st floor Taxation Division and the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices.
We also accept requests by mail, so please enclose the Application Form, a copy of identification that verifies your identity, a fixed amount postal money order as a fee, and a self-addressed stamped envelope, and send them to the Taxation Division.
