QuestionHow can I obtain a certificate of evaluation and a certificate of taxation (in person or by mail)?

It is issued at the City Hall Taxation Division on the first floor and at the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and year-end/New Year).
We also accept requests by mail, so please enclose the Application Form, a copy of identification that verifies your identity, a fixed amount postal money order as a fee, and a self-addressed stamped envelope, and send them to the Taxation Division.
