Required only for dogs.
Please submit the Notification of Death to the Health Center or register it on the Ministry of the Environment's website "Microchip Registration for Dogs and Cats" within 30 days. Additionally, the Notification of Death can also be submitted electronically.

Dogs with microchips

Please report the death from the site for "Microchip Information Registration for Dogs and Cats."

Dogs without microchips

You can submit a death notification to the Health Center or apply electronically.
