We are accepting preliminary inquiries regarding the application for certification of long-term excellent housing construction plans.
When making an inquiry, please prepare and submit the necessary documents.
If submitting to multiple locations simultaneously, it may take time to process the inquiry, so the response may be returned at a later date.

Submitted Documents

Please submit the required number of copies plus one.

1. Preliminary Inquiry Report

Please check the format at the link below (Tokyo Tama Building Guidance Office website).
The following items need to be filled out at the time of submission.
　- Applicant's address or principal office location, applicant's name or designation, representative's name
　・Site name and lot number
　Note: In the case of land within the Land Readjustment Project area, the base lot number and the name of the Land Readjustment Project (Inagi ○○ Land Readjustment Project),
　Please also include the block number of the provisional land readjustment site (○ block).
　・Name and contact information of the representative

2. Guide Map

Please attach a map showing the location of the application site.
