Those who are registered on the overseas voter list, even if living abroad, can vote in the "House of Representatives Election," the "National Examination of Supreme Court Justices," and the "House of Councillors Election."
In order to be registered on the overseas voter list, prior application is required. For more details, please see the "Overseas Voting System."
