Special Committee

Special Committee on Supplementary Budgets

1. Fixed number of 10 people
2. Purpose of Installation
   The Supplementary Budget and related proposals (proposals related to the Supplementary Budget) are examined at each Regular Session, with reports on the examination results being made and decisions being voted on during the session. Additionally, special committees are established as needed for the examination of specific proposals or the investigation of certain matters.
3. Composition
   It is composed of half of the 20 council members, excluding the Chairperson and the auditors elected by the council.

Special Committee on Settlement of Accounts

1. Fixed number of 10 people
2. Purpose of Installation
   To examine the settlement of each account, it was established during the September Regular Session, and a detailed review will be conducted over three days. The results of that review will be reported and voted on during the September Regular Session.
3. Composition
   It is composed of half of the 20 council members, excluding the Chairperson and the auditors elected by the council.

Special Budget Committee

1. Fixed number of 21 people
2. Purpose of Installation
   To review the initial budgets of each account, it will be established at the March Regular Session. In addition, three Subcommittees have been set up to conduct detailed reviews. During the March Regular Session, the committee will report the results of its review and make decisions.
3. Composition
   It is composed of 21 members excluding the chairperson.
