Each citizen is a principal participant in advancing the City Administration. Therefore, they have fundamental rights and duties as residents.
Citizens have the obligation to pay Municipal Tax and other taxes, and the right to participate in City Administration. In addition to the right to vote in elections, they also have the following direct petition rights.
Requests for audits of other illegal property disposals, as well as petitions and submissions, are also recognized as citizens' rights.
