Available Time Slots

From 10 AM to 8 PM (including time for preparation and cleanup)

• Note: Please consult in advance for cases that exceed this time period.
• Note: The usage period for one time is limited to one week. The regular business hours of the Pair Terrace are from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Individuals or groups can use it, regardless of whether they are inside or outside the city.

You cannot use this service if you fall under any of the following categories.

• Events targeting the public that do not align with the purpose of creating vibrancy around Inagi-Naganuma Station
• Use for profit by individuals, stores, or companies (organizations) (content may be adjusted)
• Those deemed inappropriate by the mayor in terms of purpose or content
• In addition, if you cannot comply with the precautions stated in the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide"

Usage Procedure

First, please be sure to check the contents of the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide" and proceed with the application process according to the steps below.

1. Submission of the "Application Form" and "Usage Pledge"
   Please fill in the required information on the "Usage Application Form" and "Usage Pledge" and submit them by fax, email, mail, or in person between 6 months and 1 month before the desired usage date (for in-person submission or inquiries by phone, contact us on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM).

2. Notification of Availability
   After receiving the application form, the content will be reviewed, and the result of approval or disapproval will be notified within two weeks from the date of receipt by an "Approval (Disapproval) Notice."
3. Meeting with the City (and Inagi Transmission Base Pair Terrace)
   If your use is approved, you will have a meeting with the city before the event. At that time, please submit the program, site map, notifications to related organizations, and a copy of the usage application form.
   Also, please have thorough prior consultations with the Pair Terrace staff. If you receive requests for corrections or changes as a result, please respond promptly.
4. Event Implementation
   When using audio equipment or facilities, please be considerate of nearby residents (such as prior notification by posting flyers and adjusting the volume).
5. Submission of Usage Report
   After completion, please submit the "Usage Report" within two weeks.

• Note 1: If the content of the submitted application form or materials differs from what is executed on the day, the event may be canceled or its content may be changed.
• Note 2: If the event is canceled, please promptly submit the "Cancellation Notice".
