Process for Applying for Permission to Use the Official Character of Inagi City

1. Submission of the Application Form for the Use of Inagi City's Official Character
2. Review Note: The review may take some time, so please submit your application at least one week before the planned start date of use.
3. Notification of Examination Results Note: If the use is for a fee, it is necessary to conclude a contract with Inagi City after obtaining permission.

Exemption Regulations

If you fall under the following categories, you cannot use the official character of Inagi City.

1. When it is recognized that there is a risk of being mistaken for or confused with other works.
2. When it is recognized that there is a risk of damaging the image of the official character of Inagi City.
3. When attempting to use the official character of Inagi City as a three-dimensional object, and the expression is not recognized as a three-dimensional object of the official character of Inagi City.
4. When the official character of Inagi City may give the impression of supporting or endorsing a specific individual, political party, or religious organization, or when there is a risk of such misunderstanding.
5. When it violates or is likely to violate laws or public order and morals.
6. When items corresponding to the provisions of Article 2, Items 1 to 3 of the Inagi City Organized Crime Exclusion Ordinance (Inagi City Ordinance No. 3 of 2013) are used.
7. Other cases when it is deemed inappropriate to use the official character of Inagi City.

Please prepare the "Application Form for Permission to Use the Official Character of Inagi City" and "Samples of Items to be Used (design drafts, blueprints, photos, etc.)" and submit them to the Policy and Planning Division, Planning Department, Inagi City Hall (Main Office 5th Floor) counter.

• You cannot change the aspect ratio of characters and logos, add to the design, or remove parts of the design.
