1st Place
Episode 7: "Nashinosuke and Nachi no Chuke"

Reader Comments
- Nacchi is cute!
- I like Nacchi because she is cute.
- It’s heartwarming. You get to know Nacchi’s personality.
- I like Nacchi, so this story full of Nacchi’s self-introduction is my favorite! It’s also very cute and soothing that juice comes out when she falls! Etc.
Comment from Mr. Inoue Jet
This story delves deeper into the character of Nacchi (Nachu no Chuke). While Nashinosuke is a robot, I thought it would be nice to have a character born from the pear orchards of Inagi, so I created Nacchi. Since Nashinosuke is the official mascot character of Inagi City and can't be too playful, I thought having Nacchi around would allow for some quirky antics and make the manga more enjoyable.
Perhaps because it was successful, I’m glad to know that many people like it!
2nd Place (Tie)
Episode 34: "The Secret of Mechanical City"

Reader Comments
- Because Inagi City Hall transforms. It’s full of dreams.
- Because it firmly expresses Inagi City, which champions Mecha City, as an animator.
- City Hall is a Transformer. It looks reliable, like it could win against any opponent.
- It’s revolutionary that City Hall turns into a robot.
Comment from Mr. Inoue Jet
The shape of Inagi City Hall is very interesting, and I thought it looked like it could transform into a robot, so I made a manga about it. Then, I was very surprised by the response, such as fans making plastic models!
I am happy and find it understandable that it ranked 2nd in the voting.
Episode 121: "Detective Nashinosuke"

Reader Comments
- Nacchi's blank expression is indescribably cute!
- I remember being struck by the new discovery and cuteness that Nacchi sometimes gets stained with grape color, and so on.
Comment from Mr. Inoue Jet
Nacchi's playful side really comes through, and I like it too (^^)
4th Place (Tie)
Episode 5: "The Appearance of Nachi no Chuke"

Reader Comments
- Nashi no Chuke was cute
- Because I am a fan of Nacchi! etc.
Episode 32 "Rock-Paper-Scissors"

Reader Comments
- The lack of dialogue is innovative!!
- Cheating is super cute when Nacchi does it
- Nacchi's ideas and smile are cute.
Episode 143: "Musical at the Children's Experience Workshop"

Reader Comments
- Because they introduced the Children's Experience Workshop.
- Because Nacchi in the first panel was cute.
- The vividness and fun of the Children's Experience Workshop were deeply conveyed.
Episode 145: "Actually, Everyone is Listening to iMUSICA"

Reader Comments
- I’m a big fan of the entire iMUSICA group. I’m happy they appeared.
- I was surprised to learn that the music at 5 PM was by these people, among other things.
Comment from Mr. Inoue Jet
This is an episode featuring people who are active and thriving in Inagi.
I want to feature people who are active and thriving in Inagi whenever I get the chance, so I’m very happy to have been able to do so. I’m also glad it was popular in the survey!
Other Votes (Excerpt)
Episode 1: "The Legend of Inagi Nashinosuke"
- It all started here...
- Because it was impactful and also funny.
Episode 60: "Reading Passbook"
- I'm a librarian, so I'm happy that the library's activities were featured.
- Playful Nacchi is cute! Episode 136 is also a favorite. It was hard to choose just one.
Episode 141: "The Match on the Soccer Field"
- Please include soccer-related content
- In the fourth panel, Nashinosuke's tone was different from usual, and it was amusing how soccer changed Nashinosuke's personality.
etc.
We received so many messages that we couldn't introduce them all. Thank you very much!

- I always enjoy the comics that incorporate topics about Inagi City. I love the expressions that the always energetic Nachi no Chuke shows—they’re so cute!

- The little 'Nachu no Chuke,' full of cuteness, is sometimes very reliable like in episode 32, "Rock-Paper-Scissors," and sometimes full of curiosity like in episode 92, "Flowers Blooming Over Seven Years," which makes me look forward to reading each time. Also, stories related to the history of Inagi City, such as episode 77, "Looking Back at 2019," and episode 122, "Takako Chogoro," caught my great interest. I heard that Takako Chogoro’s grave still exists, so I definitely want to visit it. In addition to the heartwarming stories of the two characters, I would be happy if you could also share little bits of information about Inagi City and its Sister City. I’m cheering you on.
- I always watch it with a warm feeling in the public relations. The interactions between Nashinosuke and Nacchi are cute. Thank you always!
- Does the mayor not appear in the 4-panel comics??
- I think the drawings are cute. I’m also becoming a fan of Inagirasu.
- There are many charming stories that are very soothing.
- Nacchi, with her short arms and legs, and Nashinosuke, who sometimes transforms with very long arms and legs, are amusing. The ones with a stronger robot feel (like the super Nashinosuke Robo in episode 26, which is cool!) also make me chuckle while watching. Surprisingly skillful at handling anything, I look forward to many more collaborations in the future!!
- I enjoy reading it! Please keep up the great work!
- I cut out each one and carefully file and keep them! (I regret not keeping the first few episodes though f(^^;)) I'm grateful that I can also view them online like this. Nacchi is cute too. I look forward to more in the future. (I hope character goods and plush toys will be released someday...)
- No matter what, I always read the newsletter first. This time, looking through the back issues, I had a lot of fun remembering some and forgetting others.
- When I read the Inagi Newsletter, I check it first. I look forward to it from now on as well.
- I love Inagi Nashinosuke and Jet-sensei’s 4-panel manga. I always look forward to it. I am very happy that Inagi City has such wonderful characters and that the teachers are nurturing them. I myself want Inagi Nashinosuke to be used by many people, to promote Inagi City, and to bring joy to its users! I know you are very busy, but I am also looking forward to “Nashinosuke Goes” and the creation of wonderful illustrations in the future! I wish Jet-sensei continued success and good health. Thank you very much.
- It is soothing.

- Thank you for creating such a cute character.
- I always look forward to learning various things about Inagi.
