The parking lot of the municipal park is paid in order to ensure proper use, fairness with public transportation users, and appropriate burden on beneficiaries.

From April 1, 2025 (Tuesday), the first and second parking lots of Kasayato Shinsui Park will also become paid.

Parking Fees

  • Free for less than 1 hour
  • 200 yen for 1 hour to 2 hours
  • If it exceeds 2 hours, add 100 yen for every hour up to 200 yen.

Note: Maximum 1,200 yen for 24 hours

(Example)

  • Free for 45 minutes of parking
  • For 1 hour and 45 minutes of parking: 200 yen
  • For 2 hours and 45 minutes of parking: 200 yen + 100 yen = 300 yen
  • For 3 hours and 45 minutes of parking: 200 yen + 100 yen + 100 yen = 400 yen

About Parking Fee Reduction and Exemption

There are various reduction systems for parking fees.

When using paid sports facilities (tennis courts, Comprehensive Gymnasium, etc.)

Those who use the sports facilities for a fee are eligible for a reduction in parking fees.
For the reduction method, prior application at the Comprehensive Gymnasium window is required. Please note that post-application on the day of use will not be accepted.

Reduced Parking Fee
  • Free for less than 1 hour
  • 200 yen for 1 hour to 4 hours
  • If it exceeds 4 hours, add 100 yen for every hour up to 200 yen.

Note: Maximum 1,200 yen for 24 hours

When using restaurants in the park

Please contact the designated store's counter.

Note: The City Hospital is not subject to the reduction. Those visiting the City Hospital are requested to use the City Hospital parking lot.

Reduction Details
200 yen up to 5 hours and 30 minutes

For the use of persons with disabilities

Parking fees will be waived upon presentation of a Disability Certificate or the digital disability certificate app "Mirairo ID".
The procedure is as follows.

(1) For those using the Shiroyama Park Central Library parking lot and the Inagi Central Park Comprehensive Gymnasium (West/South) parking lot

Please bring your parking ticket and Physical Disability Certificate or Mirairo ID to the Central Library counter or the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation (Green Community Room on the 1st floor of the Comprehensive Gymnasium). We will carry out the necessary exemption procedures.
In addition, the procedure for using other parking lots outside of the facility opening hours will be the same as for '2) Those using other parking lots'.

(2) For those using other parking lots

Without inserting the parking ticket into the payment machine, please contact the call center using the intercom (receiver) provided at the payment machine or from your mobile phone. We will carry out the prescribed exemption procedures.

(3) Individuals who have difficulty conversing due to language disabilities, etc.

Please bring your Physical Disability Certificate and driver's license in advance, and visit the Greenery and Environment Division at City Hall or the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation (Green Community Room on the 1st floor of the Comprehensive Gymnasium). The necessary exemption procedures will be carried out.
Note that the exemption system in (3) applies only when the holder of a Physical Disability Certificate is driving a vehicle.
