24-hour Response #7119 Emergency Consultation Center

In case of sudden illness or injury, when you are unsure whether to call an ambulance or if you should go to the hospital immediately, you can consult by phone at the Tokyo Fire Department Emergency Consultation Center.
The Emergency Consultation Center has a consultation medical team (staff including doctors, nurses, and experienced emergency responders) available 24 hours a day, year-round, to provide consultations. Please feel free to use our services when you are unsure or in trouble.
