Healthy Meal Creation Promotion Committee FY2025 Activity Report
In FY2025, 12 Healthy Meal Creation Promotion Committee members are divided into two groups, working under the activity theme "Let's build a healthy body with delicious and enjoyable meals!" Nutrition lectures (cooking practice) were held at Cultural Centers in the city.

Menu to Overcome the Late Summer Heat
On September 16, 2025, at the Central Cultural Center. We created a delicious and heat-resistant menu using plums and fragrant ingredients to reduce salt content. We introduced the recipes and conducted tastings.

Nutritiously Balanced and Colorful Christmas Lunch
On January 31, 2024, at Shiroyama Cultural Center. We created a lunch plate for Christmas. It was colorful, attractively plated, and well received. The seasoning was kept minimal to highlight the flavor of the tomatoes.

Let's Try Making a Delicious Lunch
We planned a cooking practice session for elementary school students. They made simmered hamburg steak and trifle. It was very well received, and due to many participants wanting to join, the same content was held twice. On August 1, 2025, at the Central Cultural Center, and on January 31, 2026, at the Shiroyama Cultural Center.

Food Education Lecture
Professor Takayuki Ueda from Tokyo Dental University gave a lecture on the importance of chewing. We learned that maintaining oral health is the key to longevity. We also learned that being mindful of the textures we chew during meals helps maintain chewing strength.
