Elderly Welfare Phone

It can be used as a means to alleviate the loneliness of Older Adults who do not have a phone and to confirm their safety.
The city will cover the call charges (up to 300 yen per month), and any excess will be the responsibility of the user. Additionally, the city will cover the basic fees and construction costs related to the loan.

Eligible Individuals

Residents of the city who meet all of the following criteria

• Households with individuals aged 65 and older or households where all members are aged 65 and older
• No relatives within the second degree of kinship reside in the city
• Households where the income tax of the main breadwinner is 42,000 yen or less per year
• Not owning a mobile phone or similar devices

Application Method

Send or bring the Application Form to the Senior Welfare Division, Senior Welfare Section of Inagi City Hall.
Bring to Hirao Branch Office and Wakabadai Branch Office.
