To families providing care

The Community General Support Center not only accepts reports of abuse but also responds to consultations and support for families experiencing caregiving stress.
Care is long-term, and there are limits to what families can do alone. Instead of pushing yourself to do everything because "we're family, so we have to do it right," let's utilize various services and systems to reduce the burden on caregivers.
If you have concerns about caregiving, such as feeling exhausted or unintentionally being harsh, or if you don't know how to use services, please don't hesitate to consult someone instead of handling it alone.
The confidentiality of the consultant and informant will be strictly maintained.

There are also places for families providing care to gather and exchange information.
