About the Revision of Usage Fees

From April 1, 2020, we revised various usage fees and charges from the perspective of achieving (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) responding to the increase in the consumption tax rate.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.

Regarding Refunds for Bulky Waste Disposal Tickets

For those who have the old bulky waste disposal ticket, a refund will be issued. Please fill out the necessary information on the following "Waste Disposal Fee Refund Request Form" and submit it along with your "old bulky waste disposal ticket" to the Living Environment Division as soon as possible.
Please note that when filling out the invoice, you will need the bank account information for the transfer and a seal (a personal seal is acceptable). Please be careful.
