The Tokyo Metropolitan Citizens' Safety Promotion Headquarters is promoting the formation of organizations that engage in "while watching over" activities to ensure the safety of children and the community through daily activities, in order to further invigorate crime prevention volunteer activities and secure new guardians. We are recruiting organizations that can cooperate with the "Dog Patrol" to watch over while walking with their beloved dogs.
