Implementation of Residential Fire Prevention Diagnosis
Housing fire assessments are conducted annually for those who may have difficulty evacuating on their own in the event of a fire, including Older Adults (households with individuals aged 65 and older, and those living alone), as well as members of emergency medical notification systems.
We provide advice and guidance on fire prevention and disaster measures for households, including the installation and maintenance of residential fire alarms, raising awareness about malicious sales, promoting the proper use of heating appliances, and measures to prevent furniture from tipping over, targeting all areas of Inagi City.
Prepare a fire extinguisher just in case
Fire extinguishers are effective for quick initial firefighting when a fire occurs.
There are different types of fire extinguishers, and the most commonly known are powder extinguishers and foam extinguishers.
There is no obligation to install fire extinguishers in single-family homes, but having a fire extinguisher provides peace of mind in case of an emergency.
