Prohibition of Donations to Politicians: "Do not give! Do not ask! Do not receive!"
It is prohibited by law for politicians to give money or goods to people in their electoral district, and violations will be punished.
It is also prohibited for voters to encourage or demand politicians to make donations. Additionally, those who threaten or demand donations with the intent to compromise politicians will be punished.

- Provision of food and beverages for local sports events and competitions
- Wedding gifts and condolence money at funerals when a secretary or other representative attends
- Funeral wreaths, offerings of flowers
- Completion Ceremony, Opening Celebration Flower Wreath
- Contributions of small gifts or food and drinks for neighborhood association meetings and events such as trips
- Entrance Ceremony Celebration, Graduation Celebration
- Midyear Gifts, Year-End Gifts
