How to Reserve City Facilities (How to Use the Reservation System, Facility Usage Guidelines, etc.)

Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System allows you to check availability and make reservations for sports facilities, cultural facilities, school facilities, and more via the internet from your home or on the go using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
This system operates 24 hours a day, except for system downtime of several hours at night due to maintenance inspections conducted a few times a year.

Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System - Registration and Usage Methods for Each Facility

To reserve each facility through the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System, user registration is required.
The conditions for user registration vary depending on the facility, so please check the page of the facility you wish to use from the links to each facility listed below.

Lottery and Reservation Process

(1) Lottery Reservation

1. Only those who have registered as users (organizations) can apply for the lottery during the application period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. After the application deadline for the lottery, a drawing will be conducted by the system.
3. You can check the lottery results on the system. In addition, the lottery results will be sent to the applicants (or the contact person in the registered organization) via email.
4. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee (or charge) by the deadline via online payment through the reservation system, designated payment locations (convenience stores), or the reception desk of each facility. (Please note that failure to pay may result in cancellation of your winning reservation at some facilities.) Also, for Community Centers, please complete the confirmation of winning process in the system (failure to confirm will result in cancellation of the winning reservation).
5. The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee or confirmation of winning.

(2) Immediate Reservation

1. Only those who have registered as users (organizations) can apply for reservations during the reservation acceptance period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee (or service charge) by the deadline either through online payment in the reservation system, at designated payment locations (convenience stores), or at the reception desk of each facility (please note that failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation at some facilities).
3. Paid facilities are confirmed by the payment of usage fees, while free facilities are confirmed by making a reservation request.

Note (Common): The reception desks are as follows: for park sports facilities, the Comprehensive Gymnasium; for Minami Tama Sports Plaza, the Sports Promotion Section; for Friend Hirao (gymnasium, ground), Friend Hirao; for Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field, Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field; for lifestyle and cultural facilities, the lifestyle and cultural facilities; for SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUTE, SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUTE; and for Community Promotion Plaza, Community Promotion Plaza. The payment deadline varies depending on the facility used, so please contact each facility in advance.

For those who do not have a PC or smartphone, terminals that can operate the reservation system are available at the following facilities.
