- Get off at "Cultural Center / Friend Hirao" on the i-Bus, and walk for about 1 minute

The Third Cultural Center is a complex facility consisting of the "Third Community Center," "Third Library," "Third Cultural Center After-School Childcare Program," and "Third Cultural Center Children's Center." Each has different opening hours, closed days, and usage methods.
