Regarding Refund Applications for Tennis Court Fees

If the tennis courts cannot be used due to rain or other reasons, refund applications must be made the next day. Currently, it seems that flexible handling is being allowed, but I think the application period is too short.
Previously, it was a transfer instead of a refund, but I don't think there was a time limit.
Is it difficult to take measures such as limiting the refund application period to one week?

Response

At Inagi City's sports facilities, to prevent unauthorized bulk reservations, usage fees are required to be paid in advance and, as a general rule, are non-refundable. However, in cases where the sports facilities cannot be used due to force majeure such as rain, lightning, or snowfall, refunds will be provided considering safety aspects.
Therefore, we ask all users to notify us of cancellations on the same day or by the following day. After the facility confirms that the cancellation was due to force majeure, we will guide you through the refund process. Each facility displays a QR code, which you can use to easily contact us.
