Holiday Service Counter at City Hall

The Holiday Service Counter on the first floor of City Hall will be open on the following dates.
We are conducting our operations with limitations, so please be aware of the following points in advance.

• The services handled are those listed in the section below titled 'Open Office Window'.
• The reception in the morning is until 11:45 AM, and it will resume at 1:00 PM. Please understand that you cannot enter the building outside of reception hours, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Depending on the type of procedure, "Online Application", "Convenience Store Issuance"and "Mail Request" may also be available. Please refer to the following link. (For details, please contact us)

Generally, the second Sunday and the fourth Saturday of every month
Note: In principle, the date will not change even if the relevant day is a holiday.
Note: There are different schedules for March 2025, December 2025, January 2026, March 2026, and April 2026, which differ from the general principles. For details, please refer to the table below.
Notice: The wide-area issuance of family register certificates and other documents began on March 1, 2024, but wide-area issuance of family register certificates and other documents is not available on holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
