Eligibility

Citizens aged 30 to 64 who have not been restricted from exercising by a doctor

Contents

A lecture by a registered dietitian on preventing and improving hypertension and maintaining health, followed by exercise practice led by an exercise instructor. Additionally, for those interested, salt concentration measurement, Veggie Check, and vascular age measurement will be conducted.
