50UP (Fifty-Up): "Thinking About the Future Ahead"

In the modern era, often referred to as the "100-Year Life Era," turning 50 is considered the halftime of life.

What kind of future do you envision?

For yourself and for others. We offer tips for working adults who are entering a phase of "thinking about the future ahead," including things you truly wanted to do and things you want to do more from now on, to help design a future lifestyle that suits you.

Create your own life design and connect with your partner, family, friends, acquaintances, and those you will meet in the future!

Would you like to design a senior life that suits you?

The theme this time is "exercise" and "social participation (connections with people)," which are considered important for staying lively and healthy forever.
This is a 10-session online course where you can take a set of a gymnastics class (about 45 minutes in the first half) and an introduction to hobby activities that form the basis of social participation (about 45 minutes in the second half) taught by instructors from a sports club.
You can participate from the warmth of your home during the cold winter using the ZOOM app on your computer or smartphone. Why not enjoy the course while thinking about your future "life"?
