• Note: When attending on the day, it is necessary to present one of the following forms of identification.
• Note: Due to the circumstances of Yokota Air Base, there may be changes regarding the presentation of identification. In such cases, the affected individuals will be notified by email.
  • My Number Card(Notification card not acceptable)
  • Passport
  • Driver's license and Certificate of Residence with registered domicile (obtained within the last 3 months)
• Note: If you are unable to present an identification document on the day of the event, you will not be allowed to enter the facility and participate in the tournament.
• Note: For the driver's license, on the day of the event, it is mandatory to present both the driver's license and a Certificate of Residence with your registered address (issued within the last three months, at the applicant's expense). If you forget either one, you will not be allowed to enter the facility and participate in the event, so it is recommended to use a passport or My Number Card (notification card not acceptable) for entry.

If you are coming by private car on the day of the event, you must apply in advance for your vehicle number (e.g., Tama 123 A 1234) (an application is also required if you are carpooling).

Participation Fee

18,000 yen

Note: Payment methods will be notified separately to the winners.

Note: The participation fee includes the cost of play, breakfast, lunch, charity (500 yen), insurance, and business consumables.

Note: The charity (500 yen) and any remaining funds after the event will be donated to the Social Welfare Council of Inagi City.

Other Topics

If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.
The lottery results will be notified by email by April 2 (Thursday).
Note: For those who applied as a group, the representative will be notified of the lottery results, so the representative should inform the other members of the group of the results.
Winners will receive a notification of their win along with information on how to pay the participation fee (the payment period will be one week after the notification of winning).
If you are applying as a group, please have the representative make the payment collectively.

Notes on Application

Participants of the same group wishing to join

You can apply as a group of up to 3 people. (In that case, the lottery will also be conducted on a group basis.)　

Other Important Notes

If there are any errors in the application details, you will not be able to enter the facility on the day of the event and participate in the competition, so please make sure to enter the information accurately.
If you are using your driver's license as a form of identification, you will need a Certificate of Residence with your registered domicile (obtained within the last 3 months and at your own expense). If you forget your driver's license and Certificate of Residence on the day, you will not be able to enter the facility and participate in the event. If you are applying as a group, please be sure to inform your group members of this.

If you win the lottery, city staff will check the Basic Resident Registration Card and confirm your nationality as necessary.
