The fees for certificates are as follows.

• The full family register certificate (copy) and the individual family register certificate (excerpt) are 450 yen
• Certificate of all matters of removal (copy), certificate of individual matters of removal (extract), and copy/extract of the original family register after revision is 750 yen
• The fee for issuing a copy of the family register, certificate of identity, certificate of non-registration, and certificate of single status at the counter is 300 yen (400 yen for mail requests).
