Response
To prevent garbage from being scattered at collection points by crows and cats, we ask for your cooperation in taking self-defense measures such as covering with nets. Crow prevention nets are distributed for free at the Environment Department, so if you need one, please come to the counter. (Free distribution is limited to the first time and only for those living in single-family homes.)
