QuestionI would like to purchase a composting machine. Is there a subsidy program available?
Response
Subsidies are provided to purchasers of composters and other organic waste processing containers, as well as electric processing devices.
- Compost bins (less than 190 liters): 50% of the purchase price (up to 3,000 yen)
- Compost bins (capacity of 190 liters or more): 50% of the purchase price (up to 6,000 yen)
- Electric Processor: 50% of the purchase amount (up to 10,000 yen)
