For registration, please refer to the "Email Delivery Service" on the city website (registration is free).

  1. Please click on [Register, Change, or Delete Email Distribution Service] from the 'Email Distribution Service'.
  2. Please click the "Send Blank Email" button on the registration screen and send a blank email.
  3. A registration guidance email will be sent to you. Please click the URL address included in the email.
  4. Agree to the terms of use, select the delivery category, and once you confirm the input details, registration is complete.
