Ordinance on the Grant of Public Activity Expenses

The political activity expenses are provided to the parliamentary groups (including cases where there is only one member) in the council as part of the necessary expenses to support the research and other activities of the members. In Inagi City, 25,000 yen is granted per month for each member of the parliamentary group.
The provisions and usage standards for the public activity expenses are stipulated in the "Ordinance on the Granting of Public Activity Expenses by the Inagi City Council" and the "Regulations on the Granting of Public Activity Expenses by the Inagi City Council." However, in order to enhance transparency and strengthen accountability, the Inagi City Council has created a "Manual for the Use of Public Activity Expenses" to further clarify the usage standards.
Documents related to the income and expenditure reports for political activities can be viewed in the council library. The retention period for these income and expenditure reports is 5 years.

This page contains the regulations regarding the disbursement of public activity funds, as well as the financial reports and related documents submitted by each political group, including the financial reports and copies of the group travel completion reports specified in Article 4, Section 5 of the Inagi City Council's public activity fund handling guidelines, and the receipts and other evidence documents specified in Article 6, Section 3.
