Let's enjoy learning how to ride a sports bike safely!

Scenes from the "Sports Bike Riding Course"

Sports bikes that allow comfortable riding (road bikes, cross bikes, mountain bikes, etc.).
Compared to typical bicycles known as "city cycles," they are lightweight, fast, and have a stylish appearance.

Our city, promoting itself as the "Bicycle Town Inagi," regularly offers courses that teach safe riding as a foundation for everyone to enjoy sports bikes.
Because sports bikes can be ridden "somehow" without much thought, it is all the more important to learn the “basics” that differ from city cycles, so you can ride safely, enjoyably, and comfortably!

Anyone can join, from beginners to experienced riders!

This lesson is recommended not only for those who have just purchased a sports bike for the first time but also for those who have been riding on their own. Even participants with several years of sports bike experience have said, “I wish I had taken this lesson sooner.”

A coach who is a former professional road race cyclist will provide easy-to-understand lectures along with basic skills training and practical sessions.

What you will learn in the lesson

  • Proper way to wear a helmet and key points for pre-ride inspection
  • Smooth mounting and dismounting, and safe use of clipless pedals
  • Tips for Weight Shifting to Ride Straight, Stop, and Turn
  • Figure-8, Slalom, and U-Turn Practice Using Cones
  • Improving Riding Techniques to Enhance Control and Stability
