Tennis Court User Registration Will Change (From March 16)
Main Points of Change
- Registration applications can be submitted online
- The validity period will change
- The time until registration completion will be shorter (for online applications)
- The application period will be extended

Registration applications can be submitted online
In addition to the previous method of submitting paper documents at the counter, online application using the My Number Card will become available.
Once the registration procedure is complete, it is necessary to receive the user registration certificate at the desired counter.

Application Process
- Fill out the application form and submit
- Administrator reviews the application details
- Once the review is complete, a registration completion email will be sent
- After receiving the registration completion email, collect the user registration certificate at the counter within one month
After Receiving the Registration Certificate (For New Registrations Only)
After receiving the registration certificate, use the issued user ID and temporary password to log in to the Public Facilities reservation system.
If you registered as a new user, you will need to change to a permanent password upon your first login.
For renewals, you can log in with your existing user ID and password.
About Applications Using the My Number Card
The application form uses the My Number Card for identity verification. Please check the details via the link below.
If online application is not possible
If you are unable to apply online using your My Number Card, you will need to submit the application documents at the counter. Please see the page below for details.
The validity period will change
Until now, the validity period was two years, but it will change as follows.
At the same time, it will be changed to "The usable dates that can be reserved are until the expiration date". As a result, you will no longer be able to apply for lotteries or reservations for usage dates past the expiration date, so please complete the renewal procedures as soon as possible.
Expiration date when applying on or after March 16, 2026
For first-time applicants
Until the last day of the month of the third birthday after the day following the application date
When renewing registration
Until the last day of the month of the third birthday after the expiration date
What does changing to "Usable reservation dates until the expiration date" mean?
(After change) If the expiration date is March 31
- Lottery application for April on February 15 is not possible
- Reservation application for April on March 10 is not possible
- On March 10, it is possible to apply for a reservation on March 25
(For applications submitted by March 15, 2026) If the expiration date is March 31
- On February 15, it is possible to apply for the April lottery (however, renewal is required before using it in April)
- On March 10, you can make a reservation application for April (however, renewal is required before using it in April)
- On March 10, it is possible to apply for a reservation on March 25
The time until registration completion will be shorter (for online applications)
When you apply online, the period until registration is completed will change as follows.
In the case of online application, you will be notified by email once the registration is complete.
Please note that if you submit the Application Form documents at the counter, the registration completion and start of certificate receipt will continue to be two weeks after the application date.
New) Applications from March 16, 2026, onward
Registration completion and certificate receipt start within 10 days from the application date
Old) Applications up to March 15, 2026
Registration completion and certificate receipt start after two weeks from the application date
The application period will be extended
The application period will change as follows.

From the 1st day of the month 3 months before the expiration date
Other changes
A photo on the registration certificate will no longer be required
