Viewing of Boundary Confirmation Diagram / Boundary Certification

Boundary determination maps, which show the boundaries between city-managed roads, waterways, and other public lands and private lands that have already been confirmed, can be viewed at the Management Section, Management Division, 3rd floor of City Hall. Copies can also be made upon request. (Fee applies)
If you need certification regarding the boundary between already determined city-owned public land and private land, such as when submitting a building confirmation application, please apply using the "City-Owned Public Land Boundary Certification Request" form below.
If the boundary has not been determined and boundary confirmation is necessary, please proceed with the "Boundary Confirmation Application" process.

Attached Documents

1. Guide Map (Residential map available. Application locations indicated with red lines)
2. Copy of the cadastral map (indicated in red line where the application is made)
3. Boundary Diagram (Application Location Indicated by Red Line)

2 sections (one main and one deputy each)
Note: Please attach a copy of the "Boundary Map" to the copy of the "Application for Boundary Certification of City-Owned Public Land." If multiple certifications are required, please submit copies equal to the number of certifications needed.
