To all restaurants and similar establishments! Please ensure regular cleaning of grease traps.

In the cold season, oils used in cooking and other activities tend to solidify inside the sewer pipes.
In Inagi City, it has been considered thatclogs in the sewer pipes caused by cooking oil and other factors have occurred, resulting in nearby residents being unable to properly drain wastewater into the sewer pipes.
Please ensure that oils and fats used in cooking do not flow directly into the sewer pipes by regularly cleaning the installed grease traps.
