The District Plan is a system that establishes detailed "Community Development rules" tailored to the characteristics of the area, in order to improve your community and guide it towards a better urban environment in a planned manner.
Specifically, restrictions will be established regarding the layout of roads and parks (district facilities), as well as the usage and construction of buildings, through discussions with the residents living there.

Main Restrictions

  • Restrictions on the Use of Buildings and Structures
  • Minimum Site Area for Buildings
  • Restrictions on Wall Position
  • Restrictions on the form, color, and other designs of buildings and structures
  • Restrictions on the Structure of Fences or Walls
