Guidelines on the Maximum Height Limit for Mid- to High-Rise Buildings in Inagi City
Purpose of the Guidelines
This guideline complements the Inagi City Land Development Guidelines and establishes guidelines regarding the maximum height of mid-rise and high-rise buildings on land outside of designated District Plan areas, in order to realize a livable community development that utilizes the characteristics of the region, and to properly guide business operators.
Overview of the Guidelines
- Buildings constructed on land adjacent to Kawasaki Street shall have a maximum height limit of 36 meters or less.
- Land adjacent to the Minami-Tama Ridge Main Line shall have a maximum building height of 30 meters or less.
- Buildings constructed on land other than the above 1 and 2 shall have a maximum height of 25 meters or less.
Notice
- Excluding District Plan areas, first-class low-rise residential areas, and second-class low-rise residential areas.
- For mid-rise and high-rise buildings constructed before the enforcement of these guidelines, which exceed the heights specified in 1.2 and 3 above, if those buildings are to be rebuilt, as well as buildings that take into account the surrounding environment under the comprehensive design system and those deemed necessary for public interest by the mayor, will be exempt from application.
- The height of a building is measured from the ground level (refer to Article 2 of the Building Standards Act Enforcement Order).
