Restrictions on Minimum Lot Area in Inagi City

 The Community Development Ordinance aims to prevent disorderly residential land development by setting minimum lot areas for buildings in residential land development projects conducted within Inagi City, thereby smoothly promoting good community development and ensuring the formation of safe and comfortable urban areas.

Applicable Development Activities

  1. Development activities requiring permission under Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act
  2. Development activities accompanied by an application for designation of road location based on Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act (application for location-designated road)

 

In the case of the above development activities, the minimum lot area is set at 100 square meters.

 

 

Note: In District Plan development planning areas, the minimum site area may exceed 100 square meters, so please check the link below.
