Land Readjustment Project by Associations and Others

This section introduces the areas where the Land Readjustment Project has been implemented by organizations such as cooperatives and the former Housing and Urban Development Corporation, as well as the areas currently under implementation.
The Land Readjustment Project implemented by the association is carried out with the approval of the governor after more than seven promoters establish the articles of incorporation and the business plan. The association is a corporation that includes all landowners and leaseholders within the district as its members (Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Land Readjustment Act).
Individual implementation of the Land Readjustment Project includes single implementation by one person and joint implementation by several people. In single implementation, standards and project plans are established, while in joint implementation, regulations and project plans are set, and approval for implementation is obtained from the governor to carry out the project.
In addition, there is a consent implementation system as a characteristic of individual implementation.
