Notice of Installation of Residence Number Display Boards
To make the town's address and location easier to understand, we have installed and distributed display boards in conjunction with the establishment of Hirao 4-chome.
By installing a display board, it helps prevent delays in the arrival of emergency vehicles and prevents misdelivery of packages.
District Display Board
With the cooperation of utility poles and general households, we have installed block display boards. By installing block display boards, the addresses on site become easier to understand.
In addition, information about the nearest evacuation shelter is displayed at the bottom of the block display board. You can access Yahoo evacuation site information via the QR code.
Residence Number Display Board
We distribute and request the installation of residence number display boards for private homes, businesses, and stores.
Note: Request to residents and businesses/stores
Please peel off the vinyl from the surface of the distributed house number display board and install it in a visible location from the outside.

The "Procedure Handbook" contains information about the materials sent and procedures that require address changes.
Please check the relevant information and use it for procedures such as address changes.
Note: Those who have moved into the reserved land within the Hirao Land Readjustment Project area will not receive a notification of the change in town name and lot number. (This is because there is no old lot number.)
