Introduction of Regular Dentist Program

We will introduce dentists from the Inagi Dental Association so that people with disabilities and those who are bedridden at home can have a local dentist.

For people with disabilities, bedridden individuals at home, etc.

Application Method

Please fill out the Application Form and submit it by bringing it to the Health Center, mailing it, or sending it by fax.
Application Forms are also distributed at the Health Center.
If you wish, we will send the Application Form by mail, so please call the Health Center.
